Our annual sustainability reports document our ESG strategy, specific targets and progress made in a comprehensive and detailed manner. The reports provide a transparent and comprehensible overview of all measures relating to social responsibility, environmental sustainability and corporate governance. They contain extensive information on our initiatives and projects, measurable results, challenges and the successes achieved. We attach particular importance to continuously implementing improvements and reporting openly on our progress. We regularly subject our ESG performance to assessments by renowned, independent rating agencies such as MSCI, Sustainalytics and ISS ESG. These ESG ratings provide our investors, customers and other stakeholders with an objective and independent basis for comparing and better assessing our sustainability performance. The ratings we achieve reflect our continuous and systematic efforts to meet the highest standards in the areas of environmental, social and governance (ESG) and to continuously develop our sustainability strategy. The ratings also serve as important tools for identifying potential for improvement and implementing measures to further optimize our sustainability performance.

ESG Guidelines

Our policies and governance documents form the binding framework for responsible corporate governance and sustainable business practices at flatexDEGIRO. As the foundation of our compliance management system, the code of conduct and the Ethical Principles define the ethical and legal framework of our corporate culture and specify the requirements for ethical conduct, compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, fair business relationships, the handling of conflicts of interest, anti-corruption measures, anti-money laundering prevention, data protection, and market integrity. In addition, our Corporate Governance Statement, the Declaration of Conformity with the German Corporate Governance Code, the Diversity Policy, and the Environmental Statement establish key guidelines on transparent corporate governance, diversity, human rights, environmental and climate responsibility, and reliability in communication with our stakeholders. In this way, we create a consistent, group-wide foundation for effective ESG management, risk prevention, and the continuous development of our sustainability initiatives.
